Origin: Originating from South America, these catfish thrive in freshwater habitats, particularly in the tributaries of the Amazon River. Their natural inclination towards densely vegetated areas makes them excellent companions for planted tanks.

Feeding: Otocinclus are nature’s own algae warriors. While they graze on algae growth, supplement their diet with high-quality sinking pellets, algae wafers, and blanched vegetables. A varied diet ensures their well-being and encourages their active participation in maintaining a pristine tank.
