The Frogspawn Coral, a member of the Euphyllia genus, is a popular and visually striking LPS (Large Polyp Stony) coral. Known for its green, Purple bubble-like tentacles with flowing, branching tips, it adds both movement and vibrant color to any reef aquarium. Its soft, swaying appearance resembles underwater flora, making it a favorite among reef keepers for its unique aesthetic.
Origin:
This species is found in the shallow reef environments of the Indo-Pacific region, where it thrives in areas with moderate water flow and lighting.
Experience Level:
Intermediate. The Frogspawn Coral is relatively hardy but requires careful monitoring of water quality and placement to avoid contact with other corals, as it has long, stinging sweeper tentacles. It’s suitable for aquarists with some experience in coral care.

We operate a UK wide next day delivery service available through DX overnight, a DEFRA registered courier. All our fish are packed in double thickness bags for safety and filled with pure oxygen. The bags are then wrapped in a foil blanket with heat packs to keep them warm. They are then packed in a large polystyrene box with a cardboard outer. All our fish are booked with the courier as “live fish” and travel in security cages throughout their journey. All fish are only in the box for a maximum of 18 hours which is our service level agreement with the courier. Your delivery date will be communicated to you via email within 24 hours of purchase and your tracking information will be sent to you directly via email by DX the evening before your scheduled delivery date. Please contact us if you would like to change your delivery date to a more convenient time. Deliveries are made on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday every week. We will always try our very best to get your order to you as quickly and as safely as possible.
