The secret of perfect oxygen supply in fish waters or swimming ponds? The oxygen must flow in finely sparkling. Small air bubbles rise more slowly in the pond than large ones and thus cause a more intensive transfer of atmospheric oxygen into the pond water. But what is the best choice for this job: aerator ring or aerator rod? This is how you make the right decision for your garden water: aerator rods work a little more discreetly than aerator rings. A stick produces a more or less luxuriant string of air bubbles, a ring the greatest possible amount of oxygen. The AquaOxy aerator bar S (190 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm) works effectively but comparatively discreetly. It is suitable for connection to an OASE AquaOxy 1000 or to an OASE AquaOxy 2500.

We operate a UK wide next day delivery service available through DX overnight, a DEFRA registered courier. All our fish are packed in double thickness bags for safety and filled with pure oxygen. The bags are then wrapped in a foil blanket with heat packs to keep them warm. They are then packed in a large polystyrene box with a cardboard outer. All our fish are booked with the courier as “live fish” and travel in security cages throughout their journey. All fish are only in the box for a maximum of 18 hours which is our service level agreement with the courier. Your delivery date will be communicated to you via email within 24 hours of purchase and your tracking information will be sent to you directly via email by DX the evening before your scheduled delivery date. Please contact us if you would like to change your delivery date to a more convenient time. Deliveries are made on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday every week. We will always try our very best to get your order to you as quickly and as safely as possible.
