Bidding in three steps
1. Save a card to your account. Create an account (or log in) and add a card under My Account. Your card is stored securely by Stripe – we never see or hold your card details.
2. Bid on any live auction. Place as many bids as you like. Nothing is ever charged while an auction is running.
3. Win and relax. If you win, your saved card is charged automatically when the auction ends and your fish are booked for delivery. No checkout to complete, no missed lots, no buyer’s premium.
Common questions
Why do I need a card to bid? It keeps auctions fair. Every bid is backed by a real buyer, so winners cannot walk away and genuine bidders no longer lose lots to no-payers.
What if I lose the auction? Nothing happens. Your card is only charged if you win.
Can I remove my card? Yes, any time under My Account > Payment methods.
Delivery works exactly like a normal order: insured live delivery with our 7 day livestock guarantee.
