The Blue Spot Unicorn Tang, also known as the Vlamingi Tang or Naso Vlamingi, is a striking saltwater fish that originates from the West Indian Ocean. It is a member of the Tang family and is known for its vibrant blue spots and elongated horn-like protrusion on its head.This fish requires a large aquarium of at least 360 gallons to provide ample swimming space and hiding spots. It is generally peaceful with other fish but can be aggressive towards other Tangs. The Blue Spot Unicorn Tang is an herbivore and should be offered a diet rich in marine-based seaweed and algae to maintain its health and reduce aggression.For optimal care, the aquarium should have a tight-fitting lid to prevent the fish from jumping out. The water parameters should be maintained at a temperature of 72-82°F, pH of 8.1-8.4, and specific gravity of 1.020-1.025. This fish is recommended for experienced aquarium hobbyists due to its large size and specific care requirements

We operate a UK wide next day delivery service available through DX overnight, a DEFRA registered courier. All our fish are packed in double thickness bags for safety and filled with pure oxygen. The bags are then wrapped in a foil blanket with heat packs to keep them warm. They are then packed in a large polystyrene box with a cardboard outer. All our fish are booked with the courier as “live fish” and travel in security cages throughout their journey. All fish are only in the box for a maximum of 18 hours which is our service level agreement with the courier. Your delivery date will be communicated to you via email within 24 hours of purchase and your tracking information will be sent to you directly via email by DX the evening before your scheduled delivery date. Please contact us if you would like to change your delivery date to a more convenient time. Deliveries are made on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday every week. We will always try our very best to get your order to you as quickly and as safely as possible.
