Known for their peaceful nature, Celestial Pearl Danios thrive in harmony with other non-aggressive species like small rasboras, peaceful tetras, and other similarly sized fish. Their gentle temperament makes them ideal for community tanks, but they also do well in small groups or species-only setups.
With a low level of aggression, these danios are perfect for aquarists of various experience levels. However, ensuring stable water parameters is key to their well-being. Maintain a pH range between 6.5 to 7.5, water temperature around 72-78°F (22-26°C), and provide a well-filtered, planted aquarium to mimic their natural habitat.

We operate a UK wide next day delivery service available through DX overnight, a DEFRA registered courier. All our fish are packed in double thickness bags for safety and filled with pure oxygen. The bags are then wrapped in a foil blanket with heat packs to keep them warm. They are then packed in a large polystyrene box with a cardboard outer. All our fish are booked with the courier as “live fish” and travel in security cages throughout their journey. All fish are only in the box for a maximum of 18 hours which is our service level agreement with the courier. Your delivery date will be communicated to you via email within 24 hours of purchase and your tracking information will be sent to you directly via email by DX the evening before your scheduled delivery date. Please contact us if you would like to change your delivery date to a more convenient time. Deliveries are made on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday every week. We will always try our very best to get your order to you as quickly and as safely as possible.
