Description

The EHEIM vacuum cleaner is specifically designed to gently clean the bottom of the pond. The performance is regulated to ensure the dirt is removed without stirring up the substrate too much.

The remains of uneaten food, fish excrement, dead animals, dead plants and garden debris all sink to the bottom of the pond where they rot and form sludge. The decaying fermentation process produces gases and oxygen is removed from the water.
