Overview:
The Kin Ki Utsuri Butterfly Grade A Koi is a striking ornamental koi featuring rich golden-yellow coloration contrasted with deep black patterning. Enhanced by long, flowing butterfly fins, this variety delivers exceptional visual impact and elegance in any premium pond setting.

Origin:
Originating from Japan, the Kin Ki Utsuri belongs to the Utsurimono group, prized for bold color contrast. This Grade A butterfly specimen has been selectively bred for superior color balance, clarity, and refined finnage.

Feeding:
Omnivorous. Feed high-quality, color-enhancing koi pellets as a staple, supplemented with vegetables, shrimp, or seasonal treats. Feed 1–2 times daily during warmer months.

Tank / Pond Mates:
Peaceful and social. Best kept with other koi or calm, similarly sized pond fish such as goldfish.

Temperament / Aggression:
Very peaceful and non-aggressive, making it ideal for mixed koi ponds.

Experience Level:
Beginner to advanced. Hardy and adaptable, though maintaining excellent water quality and adequate space is essential for preserving Grade A quality.
