Overview: The Pseudotropheus Crabro, famously known as the Malawi Cichlid or “Bumblebee Cichlid,” is a vibrant and active addition to any freshwater aquarium. Boasting distinctive yellow and black striping, this fish adds both color and dynamic behavior to your tank. They can grow up to 6 inches in length, making them a medium-sized cichlid.
Origin: Native to the rocky, sandy shores of Lake Malawi in East Africa, these cichlids are accustomed to the diverse and enriched environment of the African Rift Lake system.
Feeding: Omnivorous by nature, Pseudotropheus Crabro thrives on a diet rich in both plant and animal matter. High-quality cichlid pellets, spirulina, and occasional treats like brine shrimp or daphnia will keep them healthy and vibrant.
