Known for their peaceful nature, Blue Pearl Shrimps are ideal tank mates for other non-aggressive species such as small fish, snails, and peaceful community shrimp. Their calm demeanor and small size make them a delightful addition to diverse aquatic setups.
Their low aggression levels make them compatible with various tank inhabitants, but care should be taken to avoid housing them with larger or aggressive species that may prey upon them.
With a moderate experience level required for successful care, maintaining stable water parameters is crucial. Aim for a pH range of 6.5-7.5, temperatures between 68-78°F (20-25°C), and ensure good water quality to support their health and coloration.

We operate a UK wide next day delivery service available through DX overnight, a DEFRA registered courier. All our fish are packed in double thickness bags for safety and filled with pure oxygen. The bags are then wrapped in a foil blanket with heat packs to keep them warm. They are then packed in a large polystyrene box with a cardboard outer. All our fish are booked with the courier as “live fish” and travel in security cages throughout their journey. All fish are only in the box for a maximum of 18 hours which is our service level agreement with the courier. Your delivery date will be communicated to you via email within 24 hours of purchase and your tracking information will be sent to you directly via email by DX the evening before your scheduled delivery date. Please contact us if you would like to change your delivery date to a more convenient time. Deliveries are made on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday every week. We will always try our very best to get your order to you as quickly and as safely as possible.
